01 — Overview
A two-storey house whose elevation is built from warm stone masses with recessed balconies and tall openings. The interiors were designed alongside it, including bathrooms with marble surfaces and suspended timber vanities.
02 — Our role
Gulf Pearl Company provided design and technical coordination for this project with its own engineering team — architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical — so that what is drawn is genuinely buildable.
03 — Approach
The project ran through our seven-stage method: understand the need, define scope, plan, coordinate across disciplines, then build, control and deliver.
04 — Outcome
A fully designed project with drawings coordinated across disciplines, ready for construction or delivered under the company’s supervision.
