What we collect
Only what you send through the “Start your project” form: name, organisation, email, phone number, project details, and any file you attach.
The site also records an anonymous count of visits and pages requested, with no tracking cookies and no third-party advertising service.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal or study for your project. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing, and we do not send newsletters you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It stays within the company’s email and internal record, seen only by the staff working on your project.
Retention
We keep enquiries long enough to follow the project through and archive the engagement. You may request deletion at any time via the address below, and we will act on it promptly.
Security
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The enquiry log on the server is protected from public access, and attachments are accepted only in specific formats and within a size limit.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, its correction, or its complete deletion. Write to [email protected] and we will respond.
