Emperior Hills — multi-tower residential development

A multi-tower residential development on a single masterplan: high-rise residential blocks, a commercial podium, and a central green spine carrying a walking and running track, water features and seating areas. The work covers the masterplan, the massing, the elevations and apartment interiors.

Gulf Pearl Company provided design and technical coordination for this project with its own engineering team — architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical — so that what is drawn is genuinely buildable.
