A cottage-style farm: stone walls under a clay-tile roof, a natural-edge pool, timber-shaded seating, an orchard and a barbecue zone — natural materials (stone, timber, clay) throughout.

Gulf Pearl Company provided design and technical coordination for this project with its own engineering team — architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical — so that what is drawn is genuinely buildable.
